Reverb LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website reverbt.com (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you visit our Site.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information. Specifically:

• Language preference: When you select a language on our Site, that choice is stored in a cookie named NEXT_LOCALE. It is a first-party cookie, set by our own domain, and it holds nothing but the code of the language you selected (for example, “es”). Your browser returns it with every request you make to the Site, which is how each page is served in the language you chose. It carries no identifier, it is not used for analytics, advertising, or profiling, it is not readable by any third party, and it cannot be used to identify you. You may delete it at any time from your browser settings.
• Theme preference: When you switch between the light and dark appearance of the Site, that choice is stored on your device in your browser’s local storage, under the key “reverb-theme”. It is not a cookie, it is not attached to any request, and it never leaves your device.
• Email contact: If you contact us via email at hello@reverbt.com, we receive the information you voluntarily provide (your name, email address, and message content).
• Advisory sessions: If you book a session through Intro.co, that service has its own privacy policy. We do not control the data Intro.co collects.

What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. The language cookie described above is the only cookie this Site sets.
• We do not use analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels).
• We do not use advertising trackers.
• We do not load fonts, scripts, or any other asset from a third-party domain. Our typefaces are served by this Site itself, so no font provider, Google Fonts included, receives your IP address when a page loads.
• We do not have registration forms, login systems, or user accounts on this Site.
• We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Our Site relies on the following third-party services:

• Vercel: Hosts this Site. Vercel may process basic server logs (IP addresses, timestamps). See Vercel Privacy Policy.
• Intro.co: Used for advisory session bookings. Their privacy policy governs data collected through their platform, and your browser contacts them only if you follow that link yourself.

Your Rights (CCPA / California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. Since we do not sell personal data, there is nothing to opt out of. For any requests, email us at hello@reverbt.com.

Your Rights (Mexico / LFPDPPP)

If you are located in Mexico, you have ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) regarding your personal data. Since the only personal data we hold is what you voluntarily send us by email, you may exercise these rights by contacting us at hello@reverbt.com. We will respond within 20 business days.

International Visitors

Our Site is accessible globally. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area (EEA) or other regions with data protection laws, please be aware that the limited data described above may be processed in the United States. By using our Site, you acknowledge this transfer.
