Our Commitment
Reverb LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We strive to continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our website.
Conformance Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Measures We Have Taken
- Semantic HTML: We use proper HTML elements (headings, landmarks, lists) to provide a logical document structure for assistive technologies.
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements (links, buttons, menus) are accessible via keyboard with visible focus indicators.
- ARIA attributes: We use ARIA labels and roles where appropriate to improve screen reader support for our navigation, language switcher, and mobile menu.
- Color contrast: We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background in both light and dark modes.
- Responsive design: Our Site is designed to work across devices and screen sizes, including mobile phones and tablets.
- Dark mode: We support automatic dark mode based on your system preferences to reduce eye strain.
- Skip navigation: A "skip to content" link is available for keyboard users to bypass repeated navigation.
- Language support: The Site is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Japanese, with automatic language detection.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations:
- Decorative SVG visualizations on project cards may not convey equivalent information to screen readers. These are supplementary visuals and do not contain essential content.
- Third-party services we link to (LinkedIn, Intro.co) have their own accessibility practices that we do not control.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of reverbt.com. If you encounter accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
- Email: hello@reverbt.com
- Response time: We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your concern through applicable regulatory channels. In the United States, the ADA provides for enforcement through the Department of Justice. In Mexico, CONADIS oversees disability-related rights.
